•제목: Ferroelectric and piezoelectric behavior of (1-x)BiFeO3-xBaTiO3 ceramics
•초록: The Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 PZT system is used for the sensors, transducer, and high-tech actuator. It has a good piezoelectric property and high Curie temperature . However, the EU and other countries are restricted to lead-contained materials. Therefore, the market required lead-free piezoelectric and ferroelectric systems to alternate the PZT system. For example, the (Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 BNT-based materials, (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3 KNN-based materials, and BaTiO3 BT-based materials. But these materials show high sintering temperatures (up to 1500 oC) and a low Curie temperature (lower than 200 oC). The physical and electrical performances are not reached to a verify piezoelectric application.
