•요약: Understanding protein structure is key to understanding diseases and developing effective treatments. The Structural Biology Lab at Voronoi has developed a structure-guided approach for designing kinase inhibitors with enhanced selectivity and potency. Leveraging deep structural insights from inhibitor complex structures, this approach facilitates precision medicine strategies in developing selective kinase inhibitors. With 200+ crystallographic complexes of various small-molecule kinase inhibitors with targets available in-house, Voronoi’s scaffold complex structures serve as a foundation for structure-guided drug design and optimization across its research programs. Our commitment to unraveling the mysteries of protein structure continues to drive innovation in pharmaceutical development, paving the way for transformative therapies in healthcare.
